Cody has been physically training for nearly 20 years and personal training others for over a decade.

Cody's Achievements

As an active duty Marine he was the Athlete of the Year for Camp Pendleton in 2012. He has competed at the world championship level of powerlifting, setting records along the way. With a flexible, intuitive, and progressive training framework Cody has worked out every day for over 1,500 days... and still going.

Who Cody has worked with

Cody has worked with world championship powerlifters in both the IPF and IPL. His military experience makes him uniquely qualified to train those in the armed forces who are athletes themselves, and those in physically demanding fields. Additionally, Cody has worked with high school athletes and athletes in retirement who simply want to continue performing the best they can, whether that's skiing, mountain biking, running, etc.

"I’m still loving the training and look forward to each week. Your feedback and insight are extremely helpful and has helped me to steer my training in the right direction. Your knowledge and understanding have taken me to the next level, and I’m pumped to keep going with you!"

"While obviously I made gainz, I think what I really gained was a greater sense of confidence in guiding my own training and making my own calls. I've been training for about 11 years, and it felt good to run something that was almost entirely based on my decisions."

"Funnily enough my 10rm at the start of this program I hit for 21 reps a few days ago."

Jacked > Tan 2.0 Review

Cody's programs produce better results

"The #1 best % strength gain per week was from someone who did GZCLP for 14 weeks, gained 21 pounds, and took their S/B/D/O from 123/111/190/92 all the way up to 224/224/234/119. From a 516 four-lift total to 801 in 3 months. +4.9% strength gain per week for 14 weeks. Freaking awesome. Dude learned to lift things up and put them down really really well."
